Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

However, because no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information.
Personal information collected shall only be kept for as long as required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. However, in some circumstances, we may retain personal information for longer periods of time, for instance where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, tax and accounting requirements, or if required to do so by a legal process, legal authority, or other governmental entity having authority to make the request.

Children and Privacy
Lumentum’s Websites do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 16. Lumentum does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 16 or send them requests for Personal Information.
